Thank you for the suggestion Rajesh ji. I shall keep FOSS Nepal community aware, if any advancement is made. Furthermore, as development of Nepali-Hindi though easier than Nepali-English, Hindi too lacks resources, (since there is no proper English-Hindi working pair based on Apertium). Thus, I would be sticking to Nepali-English. A few years ago Bengali(Bangaldeshi) had the scale of resources like Nepali which they utilized to develop a MT system based on Apertium.
