The reason I said high time is because when MIC Nepal asked for participation/collaboration/support/partnership (or whatever you'd like to call it) and FOSS Nepal was completed against it and didn't even sit down for a talk. I'm sure every stakeholders have their own agendas but that does not mean you do not participate in working out the differences. I don't believe in walking our own paths because it is not about you or me, it is about the betterment of the community as a whole.
I completely respect your stance!
