JQuery or Bootstrap, etc, is a possibility for Fossil 2.0 - as long as
it has a compatible license and can be compiled into Fossil so that it
still works even when you are off network.

I was actually looking at Pure a couple days ago.  (http://purecss.io)
 Any opinions on that?
