This seems to be the fault of the massive merge of work on trunk that
was checkin [1912b2f8]. With that change to stash.c, it no longer compiles.
I can trivially revert that change, but that reveals a can of worms
related to the the function db_name() and its use in numerous places
that went missing from db.c.
The branch may have been good before the merge from trunk, but it is a
mess right now. It needs cleanup and likely merging from something
closer to the tip of trunk.
