Thanks again. Also worth a look. One thing I don't like about Basie and Dr Project is that they rely on subversion, but the might still be the best choice for what I need. Another option I'm considering is to use Launchpad. Launchpad seems to have most of the features I want, I wouldn't have to administer it, and it actually relies on a good DVCS.
