I'm not so much worried about changing the committer attribution in the Git export--I guess sed could work as well for that--I was just thinking I might run some SQL on all the created artifacts and attribute them to my Fossil user. I thought that Fossil users were sent along with the repository so each copy was fully attributed, but it doesn't appear that this is the case. Is the user associated with each commit just a freeform text field, or is there more to it?
