Cool. Just to be clear, I don't want to change the committer's email.
Just, all of my imports are from the user "no...@thewordnerd.info", and
I want them to be from "nolan", my Fossil UID, which seems like a
slightly different situation. But it seems like the way to do that is
via a control artifact, so I'll look into that at some point.

Does anyone have thoughts on my master branch? It's interesting that it
doesn't include 8 months' worth of commits that have been on that
branch, and that it only extends back to February on a 14-month-old
project. There should definitely be more than 17 commits displayed on
the master branch timeline, so I'm wondering if this is a bug in the
import process, or in myself. :)
