For a project that I don't pay attention to daily, I would like to retroactively create tickets corresponding to issues raised in email from my customer. Creating the tickets is easy, although not a particularly exciting task. However, I would like to place the tickets in context in the timeline view, as if they had been entered in a more timely fashion. Events directly support editing their date and time in the web UI, but I haven't spotted the equivalent affordance for editing a ticket's date and time. Is it possible, and if so, how do I do it?
