I can confirm it, but it is strange that 2nd trunk is beginning from
'nowhere' - see attached pics.

Yeah, it looks that git export somehow confuses Fossil's import 'cause
Git's history is straight line.

They are removed when I update to the tip.

So, the problem is definitely with Fossil's import...do you want to
take a look?
