How much would it take to enabled add+commit a file via the web interface?
Specifically, as a means to attach files to tickets. We have unsophistocated users who are asking for the ability to submit tickets themselves rather than rely on us in SW development to enter tickets on their behalf. This makes sense because we almost always have to ask for more information, The problem these users have is including supporting files, like diagrams, photographs, log files, etc, with tickets. With in our team, we can easily add and commit files is a reserved directory, then paste in links in the tickets.
