Hi all, I have learned many things on fossil with the wiki but, even if how fossil manages branches is described I haven't seen why branches are differents directory (like bzr) instead of being the same directory with differents files (like git or hg)? Is it a technical problem? If yes, someone can be interessed by having this feature? Is this a philosophic choice? If yes, can you explain it to me because I don't see any drawbacks of having only one directory, it is so handy.
