The Subject is not about chiselapp.com at all (chiselapp is great
service, IMHO). Two links above only help to review the issue (the
Subject, in short, sbs+utf-8) before and after Fossil's check-in
e2b3490676. James, I'm sorry, I did not understand your concern. I do
not asked about Fossil rolling releases for chiselapp.com...
