I've got an existing fossil repository, for which I just want to enable
"public pages" for a specific page.
I put in the glob "/doc/trunk/web/*" (the actual page is
/doc/trunk/web/zemanim.html), and made sure the permissions included
"hj" for the default permissions.
However, I always get "a login is required..." when trying to access the
page from a not logged-in browser.
Is there perhaps some extra table or something I may have missed when
upgrading all the repos over the years?
I'm using the latest fossil [f803d534d0]
