Having a look at this Control-card here:

I don't see the comment you mention.... Actually, I don't think that
cancelling T-cards should be allowed to have a value. I checked the
sqlite and fossil repositories: No T-cards like this exist currently.

Manifest parser is enhanced now to detect this kind of 'invalid' T-cards.

For "+closed" T-cards your suggestion might be useful to put a
special comment if this T-card is generated by a "merge --integrate",
something like: Marked "Closed" with note "by merge --integrate"...
