I think the point is that the "Project Name" is suppose to be that short
prefix, not a long description of the project.  So for your repo, the
"Project Name" should be "veedeehjay-papers" or "articles" or "papers",
not "Journal Articles (LaTeX) Collected by J. Van Den Hoff".
