The user name only shows up in the URL if it was cloned that way. Just out
of curiosity, can you try re-cloning it with that user name in the URL:

fossil clone http://m0@....
or:
fossil clone http://mo2:password@....

There were recently a number of tweaks made to the user name handling and
it's possible that something broke in the process. i don't expect that's
the problem, but i'm out of ideas :/.
