We discussed some of this off-list, so I won't really repeat any of it, other than to say we're digging into it and found something that at the very least could be problematic. > i sure miss my full-fledged terminal, with keyboard shortcuts to switch > between tabs :/. And i never really appreciated a full-width title bar (for > moving windows) until today :/. I guess I'm just used to using virtual desktops for everything (fire up the WorkSpaces app, or use Alt-F1 through Alt-F12), and/or using Haiku's Stack and Tile interface which lets you stack together any apps, or tile their windows together. To stack, click/hold a tab, hold down the Windows key, and drag one tab to another until it turns red, then release. Now you can just click between programs. To tile, click/hold a tab, hold down the Windows key and drag the window border of one app into another until it turns red, and then release. The whole stack/tile group can be resized as necessary. In any case, the system takes getting used to if you're not familiar with it. It's kind of second nature to me though. :) - joe _______________________________________________ fossil-users mailing list [email protected] http://lists.fossil-scm.org:8080/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/fossil-users
