As best I can tell, the page allows you to create a Fossil repository that
lives on a Sourceforge server Since I have never hosted a project on
Sourceforge, I no idea how the resulting repo would integrate with the
various Sourceforge features. Nor can I make any knowledgeable
recommendation whether to leave it listed on the Wikipedia entry.

Chisel is currently using a more recent release of Fossil. Also, it allows
the option to upload an existing repo, as well as creating new repos.

While I do have a project hosted on Chisel, the only features beyond Fossil
itself I have discovered are creating, uploading and deleting repos, and
selecting whether a given repo is listed on Chisel's repos listing.
