Most of us are running fossil server even though we no longer do
peer-to-peer sync. We're running Fossil 1.27, most of us on Debian Stable,
2 on MS Win7 Pro. We run fossil server instead of fossil ui so we can have
remote access to the UI.

I suspect that doing a commit while a sync was in progress would result in
warnings. Never tried to do that. Apparently, we were lucky enough that
commits never "collided" with syncs.
