In my recent web work, we haven't had any strange problems with MSIE10+ except for occasionally needing IE-specific CSS hacks (but that's only because certain non-tech divisions place so much weight (==burn so much budget) on the placement of every pixel, and not because MSIE10 fundamentally causes us any problems). That said: a) we of course use jQuery, which hides many incompatibilities from us.
