On the Fossil self-hosting repository, "fossil sync" takes 0.535s and
uses 2,961 bytes of network traffic.  But "fossil sync --verily" takes
4.783s and uses 1,580,941 bytes of network traffic.

I see... but still: do we have again a recognized sync bug since yesterday? if so, how relevant do you consider it? I'd like to understand the situation a bit better...
