Hi, all,

i just got an off-list chat question regarding fossil not switching
branches when a new one is created. After explaining some of the history to
him, he suggested what i found to be a good idea:

f branch new NAME

"should" output a message like:

To switch to the new branch, use one of

  $fossil co NAME
  or
  $fossil up NAME

If there are no objections, i'd like to patch that. i understand that it
might theoretically confuse some people's scripts, though, so i thought i'd
ask for opinions first.

(PS: this is on fossil-user instead of fossil-dev because the users seem to
come up with much wilder scripting of fossil than the devs do!)
