Thank you for your answer. However changing the format of *comments* was not my point. Rather I'm concerned with the automatic reset of the format *of the original report*, that is the description of the issue provided by the OP of the ticket. This you can edit after original posting. What I'm questioning is that the format of this field resets itself to plain text each time you edit the ticket. Hope I was clearer this time... Regards,Francois
