Well, I don't think this is even possible, neither does it help accomplishing
what you want. Tags can easily forged as well. Another problem: tags, when
created in one repository will later synchronized to other repositories
(even back to the original one), so I'm really not sure what the
value of the information in it really is ..... I wouldn't go this path.
My suggestion would be: try to come up with a patch, which does what
you suggest. I don't think it would help anything, but feel free to prove
me wrong!
