We have a Troubleshooting document here: http://fossology.org/troubleshooting Also last month, Mary and Bob began discussing a set of diagnostic questions that we can use to do a better job of identifying problems in FOSSology installations. I thought they had created a wiki page to track this, but I cannot find it rigth now. Mary/Bob, where did this "diagnostic questions" page end up? It was to have questions such as, "How much memory is configured on the system?" to make it faster to find the obvious "gotchas" in fossology installs.
