So you are proposing that we add notes about all outstanding bugs
targeted for 1.1 to the release notes?
Sounds reasonable to me. There aren't very many. I think it would be
good to get these down to a one liner + url to the bug.

This is still broken, isn't it? It has nothing to do with the UI
if I
remember correctly, it has something to do with the agents not
updating
the db or something like that.
Doesn't really matter, the question is what should be in the release
notes about it and when do we plan to fix it? (also needed in the
release notes).
Here is what I propose we put in the release notes:
Unreliable Server Status Page
There is a known defect with respect to how the agents update their
status in the DB . This defect only affects the status page and
will be
fixed in a future release.
