Thanks for the info Dan. As I looked over some of that doc, and I did see the fo-backup fo-restore scripts mentioned so I went looking for them. I didn't seem to find any on my fossology machines, or on the source.tgz file I downloaded, or online - which is why I believe you said in "v1.2" release.
Is it possible to download any of your fo-backup/restore and any other pertinent scripts related to backups/restoring fossology data at this time? Pretty please??? I'd like to work with them and/or check them out...
