And if that doesn't work, do a 'lp sync <linecardnumber>', it will sync
the lp's flash from the one stored in the management module's flash

Thus I should download it to the management module firstly and only
after that initiate synchronization. Right?
Just follow the upgrade procedure in the release notes, the "copy tftp
lp 1.2.3.4 lpfoobar5200xyz.bin primary all" command will drop off a
copy at the mgmt module's flash too.
