Hello, I'm fairly new to the Brocade platforms but it seems that you have to copy the public keys between each involved boxes to be able to use SSH. I seem to recall having read that somewhere in the NetIron Unified Config Guide.
It's been my experience so far for MLXe / CER-RT under 5.3.0.x et 5.4.0.a. My 2 cents.
