Rolling it back (specifically to a copy of 5100b that I had here--the Brocade 
download process has turned into a quagmire) did the trick for me.

It's "EOL per 1/4/2013" which I assume to be 4 January.  Removal of support may 
have been mentioned in software release notes, but if so I've read past it.

Tried downgrading to a 5.2-based release?
