I actually called the state board for cosmetology and told them what I was wanting to add (Crazy Hair) to see if certification would be required for my state (Alabama). They said that for something like what I was offering I wouldn't need a licensed cosmetologist. Which was good because I don't know one. I documented the conversation in case it comes up anytime...I just have to remember where I put that folder that I document stuff in...
