When my son got a mohawk lat year there was a creme color that washed
out that my hair stylist used - it is available at wholesale beauty
supply stores like Sally -- I'll check on the brand - It came in neon
colors too - I also use the mascara hair wands on my 2 girls - they
were $1 for a 3-pack at Target around Christmas and I bought all they
had!
