Hi, I'm not Shannon, or Shelley, but when Shannon told us about the ivory soap early in the summer when the thread was about cleaning brushes, I started using it. I already use ivory bars anyway. LOL. Then I had to have liquid ivory soap for a week long Scouting training,(environmentaly safe) and when I came home, I had this big container of soap, so I tried it and found out that if you soak the sponges in liquid ivory and hot water for about 1/2 hour before washing them, it does a great job.
