Out of curiosity, got any examples? Or examples of apps that use the format "a lot"? I'm not opposed to the WSQ idea, but it is probably best to tackle this on more of a generic level - produce a standalone library that can be used for wsq encoding/decoding (maybe an adaption of NISTs libwsq), then work to integrate that with ImageMagick and similar, and finally add the small amount of glue needed in fprint to support WSQ alongside other image formats. If this format is as good as you make it sound, let's unleash it in a big way on the open source world, who seem to be almost entirely unaware of it at the moment :) Thanks, Daniel _______________________________________________ fprint mailing list [email protected] http://lists.reactivated.net/mailman/listinfo/fprint
