Hi

libusb-1.0 is Daniels rewrite of libusb-0.1 with new features used in 
libfprint.
You can get the git version of it (that is a bit newer than the 
required) at the same place where you got libfprint.

Alternatively, you can get a tarball with the 0.9.1 version (1.0 beta2) 
at http://libusb.wiki.sourceforge.net/Libusb1.0

There is no way of getting upeksonly without libusb-1.0

PS. libusb-1.0 can exist on your system along libusb-0.1 without problems
