You can use fprint_demo (http://reactivated.net/fprint/wiki/Fprint_demo) as 
nice example of libfprint usage. Also it will be usefull to generate 
libfprint API reference via doxygen (it also available at 
http://www.reactivated.net/fprint/api/ but I'm not sure that it's in actual 
state)

I'm afraid at the moment libfprint can't compare two images. AFAIK Daniel is 
going to implement this feature in future versions of libfprint
