OK, looks like fingerprintGUI is working like intended (The PAM services
must be configured for the test function). For your purpose, identifying
persons who don't have an account on your computer, fingerprintGUI is
not applicable. It needs an entry in /etc/passwd and a home directory
for each user to be identified. I guess you need a special application
for this.
