Hi, and thanks for your report.
I tried to reproduce the bug you encountered.
Indeed if you run fprintd-verify and the first swipe fails (e.g. you
just tap the sensor instead of swiping) , all subsequent swipes also fail.
However, when I tried to do the same thing with the "verify" program
from libfprint, that problem didn't occur. Can you try to do that too ?
It would allow to state whether this bug is from fprintd or from
libfprint itself.
