Err, I guess I'm missing something. I don't have verify executable, only libfprint library. Perhaps Fedora guys didn't include it. I'll try compiling from source then. In the meantime, I was able to login to system a couple of times via gdm with fprintd-pam integration. But still in most cases I get nasty sound of failure from gdm.
