hi- i've been away so i'll throw in my two cents worth. for a number of reasons i also believe that it is important to follow brimstone .
- the WATER BETTERMENT is a major concern. without some agreement during the planning board's approval process, it is my understanding that after the water betterment is in place BRIMSTONE,as well as other projects, could tie in without contributing to the cost of the project.(i'm not sure once the betterment is part of the town's system there would be any waiting period) -not tying into the town sewer unless they have public water needs to be addressed. continuing to send well water from framingham to the boston harbor is environmentally unsound. no recharge and the northwest quadrant already has many wells that have quantity/quality deficiencies. -additional sewer pumping stations and impact on the town's sewer system -impacts on the wetlands -steep slopes -safety concerns and others!!! i think mr. franchi's initial offering of land for the water tower has gone thru a number of phases-each one less helpful than the previous. please try and attend the meeting on tuesday to learn more about this project!! thanks. kathy - ----- Original Message ----- From: "Steven W.
