Gerald, I stayed home from work and observed the grading on lot 7A. The grade was not removed along my property at your expense. The person doing the grading, Mr. Antico, is 70 years old and has been grading for many years. He had a great deal of experience and was very careful in his work. He packed down every bucket. I observed that at no time did any rocks fall down the bank. I plan to continue to observe the balance of the work on this lot. It is my opinion that upon completion the grade and appearance of the lot will be improved for both of us over the condition of the lot prior to Mr. Antico working on the lot.
