Jim, Saw you note and have 4 comments: 1. You seem to be the only one who's pleased.
2. Regarding improvement in appearance - I'm not sure which looks worse, a clearcut hillside or the latest site plan which calls for a 3 story tall versablock wall towering over my back yard. Neither looks good. 3. Regarding grading - none of us have any expertise in drainage engineering so I'm not ready to conclude if the plan will work or not. 4. The developer has told several abutters that he might not implement the current plan and could do something else instead. There's no way to know if grading and appearance will be improved until after he's done but by then it could be too late. Let's hope we're all happy when this is over.
