Thanks to Steve for the summary. There is a court date tomorrow (Tuesday) morning. As I understand it, Frangiolitis (Sp?) was given 7 days to comply or is subject to a $1000 a day fine and/or imprisonment if that is not met. I believe the order said he had to remove the wall by that time but perhaps it was to submit the plans to have it removed by that date? tomorrow we will have a copy and perhaps will be able to put it online for those who wish to see it.
Thanks to all who worked so hard to make this happen. I hesitate to start naming people because it really has been a group effort - town counsel, the planning board, and building comm.Joe Mikielian, among others. The Swartzes are thrilled at this step towards having the wall removed and many others in the neighborhood are pleased that this developer has been held accountable for his actions.
