A number of people approached me last night to ask about status on the Wall.
Last Tues. (the 18th) at 9:30 the Town had scheduled a Show Cause Hearing at Framingham District Court. That Hearing was continued for one week till next week. Kathy Vassar was able to attend (apparently much to the chagrin of the developer). Stephen Buchbinder, attorney for the Swartzs was also there. The reason for the delay was to give the parties additional time to negotiate some sort of mutually agreeable compromise. -- -Time flies like the wind. Fruit flies like a banana.
