Re: Update on the Great Wall of Framingham

Does anyone know if the construction of the wall or the destruction of the 
trees could change the flow of the water?   We have been living at 50 Carter 
for 15 years and never had water in our basement.   Today we have 2" of water 
and it is not from any plumbing in the house.   We are told it is ground 
water.   any enlightment would be great!
