I'd just like to add my $.02 on the proceedings from last night.

First of all, the MWN article from last night is at
http://www.metrowestdailynews.com/news/local_regional/fram_planning07022003.htm

If you didn't see the meeting last night on cable, it was worth seeing.
Try and catch it on the replay when it comes around.

So where does this leave us?

The exciting part is that noone really knows ;-) For starters, the
Planning Board will have to pick a date and give legal notice to the
papers, abutters, TMMs etc.. As this process unfolds, I will inform you
all about schedules and events, etc.

I just want to remind everyone what the goal is in all this: We want to
end up with a proper drainage and erosion plan submitted to the Town which
includes oversight hired by the Planning Board and paid for by the
developer.

Meanwhile, does this stop what is going on? Absolutely not. The developer
is allowed to keep on doing what he's doing. Hopefully, he or his attorney
will start to get the message and take the required corrective actions.
