I agree with that. This developer needs to be stopped from working in Framingham. The pattern of behavior is like racketeering. There should be a cease and desist order. Then he should be required to pay the Town, in advance, the estimate of cost to to the owrk required, plus an additional bond, then the Town should manage the work with contractors of our choice. Chris should be out.
