Our concern should not just be with what Mr. Kotsiopolis said to Steve
Orr, he said it to the press also. Read the following:

Hello George,

In this case Mr. Petrini needs to serve notice to Chris Kotsiopolis that
there will be criminal charges should he tear down the wall per Steve
Orr's
note. And we need to be able to do that should he proceed. Or something
else
just as dramatic financially. Otherwise, what are we going to do?
Station a
Police Officer there to monitor his activity 24/7? You can't just say we
have an enforceable agreement and then wait anymore. That's like saying
we
have a barn door, when we know that one of the boys in the neighborhood
enjoys opening it at night. A more proactive, aggressive posture is
required
to prevent CK's unscrupulous activity and help the Town avoid the effort
and
cost of future litigation.

Thank you.

I recognize a substantial amount of publicity has been generated again
in the last 24 hours regarding the wall. To prevent any
misunderstandings I want to clarify the Town has an enforceable
agreement in place that dictates how the project is to be completed.
The major outstanding issue is the required construction of a four foot
architectural wall. We intend to enforce this agreement and will go to
court to protect the Town's position in this instance. The larger wall
(which is currently in place) cannot and will not be removed as it is
required in the enforceable agreement. I trust this will answer the
pertinent questions currently being raised.
