To prevent any misunderstandings I want to clarify the Town has an enforceable agreement in place that dictates how the project is to be completed. The major outstanding issue is the required construction of a four foot architectural wall. We intend to enforce this agreement and will go to court to protect the Town's position in this instance. The larger wall (which is currently in place) cannot and will not be removed as it is required in the enforceable agreement. I trust this will answer the pertinent questions currently being raised.
