Hi, Jeffrey: It's not clear if you're printing from FM, or from a PDF made from the FrameMaker file. You've also not mentioned the printer you're using. There's no unit given dimension 0.016 that you mentioned - is it mm, points, inches, etc?
In Acrobat Help, search for Fix hairlines. This topic discusses the problem of printing very thin lines to offset printers, and offers a fix when printing from PDF. You may want to take a hint from this topic and retry increasing the line width in the problem graphic to at least one point to see if that prints correctly from FM. When printing from PDF, the fix doesn't require changing line widths in graphics.
