Yes. I recently moved all my 7.0 content to 8. I have one book that crashes when it tries to build the Index. I removed the Index and the book builds without a problem; replaced the Index and FM8 crashes.

Someone suggested looking at reference pages, which I did, noting that all template files have identical ref pages: lots of old stuff on them, including equations, callout numbers, etc. Anyone else seen this?
